The evolution of petrochemical industry is the 6th volume published in this series. This book is based on several interview sessions conducted in London in 1998 and 1999. By the time Mostowfi was appointed managing director of the Petrochemical Company he had amassed enormous experience in other fields of the oil industry, including geological mapping, field survey, extraction, logistical support, and international negotiation. The interview therefore touches on several other activities that also bear on the reasons for his appointment to lead Iran’s petrochemical industry.
